How the media gets it wrong when reporting about visual effects:

Yesterday, the entertainment industry website Deadline Hollywood ran an article about this year’s Emmy nominees in the Special Visual Effects categories. In the article, author Thomas McLean quoted just three VFX supervisors. He wrote five paragraphs, focusing entirely on logistical issues, such as the number of shots in each episode, post production schedules, and local tax incentives. ...
